Re: Temporary Delivery Surcharges Due to Fuel Price Fluctuations

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

First of all, Minh Duc Water Trading Services Co., Ltd (Thegioinuocuong – Ba Ria Vung Tau network) would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued trust and partnership over the years.

In order to maintain our fast, timely, and stable delivery services amidst the recent sharp and continuous increases in global and domestic fuel prices, our company would like to announce a “Temporary Delivery Surcharge” as follows:

🕒 1. Effective Date

• Starting from: Thursday, March 12, 2026.

• Validity: Applicable until fuel prices stabilize or until a new official notice is issued by the company.

🗺️ 2. Surcharge Rates by Area Group (New Administrative Boundaries)

The surcharge is calculated per order based on the delivery area:

🟢 GROUP 1: Delivery Fee 10,000 VND / Order

• Vung Tau Ward: Old Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Thắng Nhì, and Thắng Tam.

• Tam Thang Ward: Old Wards 7, 8, 9, and Nguyễn An Ninh.

• Rach Dua Ward: Old Wards 10, Thắng Nhất, and Rạch Dừa.

• Phuoc Thang Ward: Old Wards 11 and 12.

• Long Son Village: Long Sơn.

🟡 GROUP 2: Delivery Fee 20,000 VND / Order

• Ba Ria Ward: Old Phước Trung, Phước Nguyên, Long Toàn, and Phước Hưng.

• Long Huong Ward: Old Kim Dinh, Long Hương, and Tân Hưng Village.

• Tam Long Ward: Old Long Tâm, Hòa Long Village, and Long Phước Village.

🟠 GROUP 3: Delivery Fee 30,000 VND / Order

• Phu My / Tan Thanh / Tan Phuoc / Tan Hai / Chau Pha.

• Ngai Giao / Binh Gia / Kim Long / Chau Duc / Xuan Son / Nghia Thanh.

• Ho Tram / Xuyen Moc / Hoa Hoi / Bau Lam / Binh Chau / Hoa Hiep.

• Dat Do / Long Hai / Long Dien / Phuoc Hai. (Includes old towns/villages like Mỹ Xuân, Ngãi Giao, Hồ Tràm, Bình Châu, Long Hải, Long Điền…).

🔴 GROUP 4: Delivery Fee 50,000 VND / Order

• Con Dao Special Zone: The entire old Côn Đảo district.

🤝 3. Our Service Commitments

• Transparency: Surcharges are strictly based on actual delivery distances and current fuel costs.

• Flexibility: Our company will automatically review, reduce, or cancel this surcharge as soon as domestic fuel prices stabilize.

• Quality Assurance: We guarantee fast delivery of 100% genuine water products (LaVie, Vĩnh Hảo, I-on Life, Satori…) directly to your door.
